Welcome to 786win. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and 786win ("786win", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 786win platform, including the website at 786win.ws, any mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, card games and any promotional programmes.

By creating an account on 786win, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the 786win platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 786win platform.

786win reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the 786win platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We will notify active 786win members of material changes via the email address registered to their account.

The following terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions. Understanding them will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

To open a 786win account and use the platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or proxy for any other person or entity.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 786win account. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration including your real name, date of birth, valid email address and active Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been permanently excluded from the 786win platform by prior decision of 786win's compliance team.

786win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point where there is reasonable cause to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

By submitting the registration form on 786win.ws you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is truthful, accurate and not misleading. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at that time.

Your 786win account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials – including your password, PIN and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

786win will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 786win asking for your password or full payment credentials, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately via the live chat function on the 786win platform.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 786win immediately. We will temporarily lock the account while the situation is investigated. 786win cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred before you notified us, unless the breach was directly caused by a failure in 786win's own security systems.

• Change your password regularly and use a strong, unique password not shared with other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your 786win account security settings – it is strongly recommended.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Never store your 786win login credentials in an unsecured location or share them with a third party betting service.

786win reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity and source-of-funds verification at any time in line with anti-money laundering obligations. Members may be asked to provide documentation demonstrating the source of funds deposited into their 786win account. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of continued access to the platform.

All 786win accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR Rs). There is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange charges. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals at 786win:

The minimum deposit at 786win is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, although very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps in line with our anti-money laundering policy.

Withdrawals are processed automatically to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to verification requirements being met. 786win aims to process withdrawals within three minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. IBFT bank transfers typically process within one to three banking hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three banking days depending on the issuing bank.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. 786win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Deposits must be cleared and verified before they are available for withdrawal. In cases where 786win detects unusual deposit activity, a short holding period may apply.
• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 and are not withdrawable until those requirements are met.
• 786win reserves the right to apply additional verification before processing any withdrawal where there is a compliance, fraud or AML concern, regardless of the withdrawal method or amount.

All bets placed on 786win are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport or market type, which are published in the 786win Help Centre and form part of these Terms by reference. The following general rules apply to all bets across the platform:

• A bet is not accepted or confirmed until 786win's system returns a confirmed bet receipt with a unique bet ID. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been placed.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted are the odds at which the bet will be accepted, subject to real-time price changes occurring between submission and confirmation. Where a significant price change occurs, 786win will notify you and you may choose to proceed or cancel.
• All bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, FIFA for football matches). In the case of match abandonment or result cancellation, affected bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are subject to suspension during technical delays or at the discretion of 786win's trading team where the integrity of the market cannot be maintained. Bets placed during a suspension period will be void.
• Obvious errors in odds (palpable errors) – including but not limited to odds significantly out of line with the true market price at the time of posting – will not be honoured. 786win reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error and to refund the stake to the Member's account.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market type apply and are published in the 786win Help Centre. Bets that would result in a return exceeding the applicable maximum will be accepted only up to the maximum payout amount.
• Any attempt to place bets after an event has concluded or after the outcome is already known ("past posting") is strictly prohibited and will result in bet cancellation, account suspension and possible permanent closure.

Settlement of all bets is performed automatically by 786win's system based on official results data received from verified data providers. Where a result is disputed or subject to official review by the governing body, 786win may delay settlement until the official result is confirmed. Members are notified of any settlement delays through the 786win notification system.

786win offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are awarded, in addition to the following general bonus conditions that apply across all 786win promotions:

• Bonus funds awarded to your 786win account are credited separately to your real-money balance. Bonuses must meet applicable wagering requirements before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements for sports betting bonuses at 786win are 5x the bonus amount on qualifying bets at minimum odds of 1.50. Casino and card game bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different requirements which will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at any time per 786win account. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the uncompleted bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, sold or exchanged for cash below the applicable wagering threshold.
• 786win reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to Member accounts and actively being wagered will not be affected by such changes except in cases of suspected abuse.
• Any Member found to be abusing the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing coordinated bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming activity – will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended.

The 786win Refer a Friend programme is governed by the specific Refer a Friend terms published on the relevant page, which supplement these general Terms. Referral rewards are subject to the qualifying conditions described on that page and are not paid out for referrals that do not meet those conditions.

786win is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that while most people who use 786win do so for entertainment within their means, a small number of individuals may develop problematic relationships with gambling. We take this responsibility seriously and have implemented a comprehensive set of tools and policies to support responsible gaming.

All 786win Members have immediate access to the following responsible gaming controls through their account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss per day, week or month. When the limit is reached, further betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive a notification when approaching the limit and will be automatically logged out when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off / Break: Self-exclude for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. Takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 786win account. This action is irreversible. If you believe you have a gambling problem, this is the option we recommend. Contact our support team to initiate this process and we will handle it with full confidentiality.

786win does not market its services to individuals who have previously self-excluded. If you re-register after a self-exclusion period in circumvention of our controls, please contact our team immediately. We will close the new account and connect you with professional support resources.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 786win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances, as well as referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Creating more than one 786win account, whether under your own name or using any third party's identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other automated tool to place bets or interact with the 786win platform in any way not available through the standard user interface.
• Exploiting technical faults, software errors or pricing errors in the 786win platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through an exploited error will be reversed.
• Colluding with other Members, sharing information about live bets to gain a coordinated advantage, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of events on which bets are placed.
• Using the 786win platform to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false identity, age or contact information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions including self-exclusion by re-registering under a different identity.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or acting as an agent for third-party betting activity through your 786win account.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 786win support staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the 786win platform – including but not limited to the 786win name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, odds data, market descriptions, promotional materials and any other proprietary content – is the exclusive intellectual property of 786win or its licensors.

You may access and use 786win content solely for the purpose of placing bets and using the platform as an individual Member. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit any 786win content without prior written permission from 786win. Unauthorised use of 786win's intellectual property may result in legal action.

The 786win name and logo are protected marks. Any use of these marks in connection with any other business, product, service or promotional activity without 786win's express written consent is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

786win collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, customer support and responsible gaming obligations. Key points regarding your data at 786win:

• Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of operating your 786win account and providing the services described on this platform. 786win does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment transaction data is processed through secure encrypted channels. 786win does not store full card numbers or mobile banking credentials on its own systems.

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, even if 786win has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from delays in odds updates, system errors or data feed interruptions where these occur despite reasonable operational measures being in place.
• Any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from your sharing of those credentials with a third party.

786win's total liability to you in connection with any individual claim shall not exceed the total value of the stake placed in connection with that claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes 786win's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

786win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Where a change is material – meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a 786win Member – we will provide notice via the email address registered to your account and through a notification within the 786win platform.

Your continued use of the 786win platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the 786win platform and may close your account by contacting our support team. Any bets already placed and deposits already made at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with the Terms in force at the time those transactions were made.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 786win account, bets placed or our service, we ask that you first contact our support team through the live chat function on the 786win platform or by email at support@786win.ws. 786win aims to resolve all complaints within five working days of receipt. For complex matters requiring investigation, resolution may take up to 15 working days, and we will keep you informed of progress throughout.

All disputes concerning the settlement of bets must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review. In all cases of dispute, the decision of 786win's compliance and trading teams is final, subject to the escalation process described in our Help Centre.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 786win platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the 786win platform you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.
